Account Manager, Export Now, Inc. : Mobile Position - Job Description:
Export Now Account Managers own and drive client store launches and on:going US:side store operations. They are the primary point:of:contact for their accounts, which range in size from 100 million to several billion:dollar companies. Account Managers have a unique opportunity to directly engage and work with world class chief level business professionals across a range of consumer product companies. The level of flexibility and responsibility our Account Managers enjoy and the scope of the work they engage in is unique among service providers working with clients of this scale. The successful applicant will need to be flexible and adaptable as the company grows, and willing to take on new responsibilities. Specific Responsibilities:Interface with clients at varying management levelsConduct market research and analysis to educate product selection, pricing strategies, and inventory levels for Chinese market; effectively communicate findings internally and externallyLead China operations, marketing, and design teams in the execution of client:specific services; act as point of contact between China and US clientDrive implementations for new clients, facilitate regular meetings leading up to store launches and host on:going discussions on store performance and operationsTailor operational processes and reporting for clients; optimize and implement Export Now business processesTrouble:shoot regulatory, marketing, logistics, and other obstacles that arise during launch and store operationsCustomize and deliver regular client reportingSupport the sales and provision of additional solutions to existing clientsParticipate in regular internal discussions with international teams Desired Skills and ExperienceSelf:motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills; can effectively communicate project status as well as influence overall tone of conversationComfortable and professional working skills with Director, VP and more senior client personnelHigh level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency;Results:oriented with ability to work independently in a high:growth company with a flat organizational structureAbility to manage a range of disparate tasksMulti:task with creative, resourceful, strong problem solving skillsAbility to exercise sound judgment in making tradeoffs when trying to resolve issuesSkilled in use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and WordExperience with or knowledge of search engine marketing, display advertising, and social media marketingExperience with or knowledge of Chinese digital marketing channels and e:commerce platforms a plusFamiliarity with Mandarin a plusEasily adapt to an environment with high:level of change Education and Experience:3 or more years of related experience requiredExperience managing projects that require oversight of a number of teamsChina business and e:commerce experience preferredBachelor's Degree from an accredited universityInternet savvy Compensation Successful candidate will receive competitive salary with opportunity for annual bonus and share in company's overall success.
